With binoculars, you can see an array of seabirds resting on the large rock off shore. With the naked eye, you won't see too much. Of course, binoculars on a sunny day, in the vicinity of a nude beach might be misconstrued.

This photo shows Brown Pelicans and cormorants. Frequent visitors to the Baker Beach area also report dolphin sightings close to shore -- depending on season and time of day.
