Fishing or walking on Fort Baker Pier provides an unbelievable view of downtown San Francisco, as well as the Golden Gate Bridge (to the right when facing the pier).
People set lines for perch, cod, sand dabs, sole and other fish. Crabbing is also permitted for Red and Rock Crab (with restrictions). Dungeness crabs may not be taken.
