Wells Fargo History Museum
The free Wells Fargo History Museum features, as you might imagine, exhibits on the Wells Fargo stagecoach network including an original Concord coach. The displays also include stories of stagecoach robbers like Black Bart, and various artifacts relating to the banking years of San Francisco's Gold Rush.
The museum is on the site of the original Wells, Fargo and Company -- a joint-stock company created by Henry Wells and William Fargo in 1852.
