Canada Geese
You'll find Canada Geese in numbers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Traditionally, they've resided here in the winter, but the species is much more common now as a Bay Area resident.
Although the Canada Geese at city parks tend to be tame for habituation to humans, in the reserves and wild parks around the bay, it's much tougher to get close to the wary flocks.
