Berkeley Farmers' Markets

The Ecology Center in Berkeley has been running the Berkeley Farmers' Markets for 20 years. There are three Berkeley markets, one on Tuesday, one on Thursday, and the largest one on Saturday.

  • Tuesdays: 2:00p to 7:00p

Berkeley also has farmers' markets on Saturdays and Thursdays.

Ferry Plaza Farmers' Market
The Ferry Plaza market is run by CUESA – Center for Urban Education About Sustainable Agriculture. The market operates on Tuesdays and Saturdays in the beautiful Ferry Building venue. Saturday’s event is the bigger of the two.

Alameda Farmers Market
Open every week and includes farms from Sacramento to Watsonville -- as well as food stands, a coffee stand, bakery goods, kettle corn, flowers and honey products.
