This section of the Ferry Building houses Peets Coffee, Book Passage, Mijita (Mexican cuisine) and Delica (Japanese).

This area is also one of the main entry and exit points for passengers catching ferries. Ferries arrive and depart in front of the wharf, on the east side of the Ferry Building.

The San Francisco Ferry Building's main floor -- now the Marketplace -- was, at one time, a baggage area. Passengers entered the second level via gangways connected to the piers.

This Guide to San Francisco Ferries has more information on ferry departures, destinations and terminals.
