You'll come upon a posted sign at Painted Rock Cliff, warning visitors to stay on the trail and out of prohibited areas (cliff danger).
To the right of the sign is a long stairway with a bench part of the way up if you'd like to stop for the view. There are other view points ahead, throughout the walk.
