This photo shows the segment of the El Camino del Mar Trail that begins at the far west end of the parking area, just below the Legion of Honor.
From the El Camino del Mar Trail, you can connect to the Coastal Trail below by way of a marked stairway and trail. Or, you can continue on the trail to the El Camino del Mar parking area and starting point (by the USS San Francisco Memorial.
