Point Isabel Nature Preservation Area

Signs are posted throughout the park to indicate sensitive marsh and wetlands areas where neither people nor dogs are permitted. Be sure to observe all posted warnings, since the park is home to a variety of birds protected under the Migratory Bird Act.

This is the view looking north toward housing developed along Richmond Marina Bay. The Point Isabel Regional Shoreline Trail takes you north into this area, and all the way to Rosie the Riveter National Historic Park at Marina Park in Richmond.
