Point Isabel Dog Walking & Playing Area
From the Mudpuppy's parking lot, a paved path leads around the west side of Point Isabel. The area is a combination of marsh, channel, and grassy play areas that provides ample room for dogs to run, catch frisbees, and socialize with other dogs.
This path first parallels San Francisco Bay (with views of the city to the left), and then bends right and east along Hoffman Channel before crossing the channel at the east end, and heading back west again -- circumnavigating the channel that separates the two sides of the park.
