One of the most common e-mails is a request for a community event listing. (Well, that and 270 pieces of illicit spam.) Unfortunately, we can't post every listing we receive. But, there are still ways to promote your event at About San Francisco.
Submit Your Bay Area Annual Festival
If you have press materials for your festival or annual event, please feel to send them to sanfrancisco.guide@about.com for consideration in the calendar.
You may also post your event in the Event Message Boards (listed below) for additional promotion.
Submit a San Francisco/Bay Area Community Event
If you're promoting an event that falls outside of these parameters (community or neighborhood event, shows at clubs, smaller events, gallery exhibits, band performances, etc.) please feel free to post details on the Event Message Boards:
All events for the current month will be moved by the moderator to the CURRENT MONTH folder at the beginning of that month.
