Sundays have just become a little less carefree, thanks to Muni, which is now charging for parking at San Francisco meters on the Day of Rest. Muni is already the local agency that everyone loves to hate, so it probably doesn't expect to win any support with this latest rule. It is giving us a slight reprieve, by issuing only warnings this Sunday and next.
