When a bacon-laden food truck rolls into the swank W hotel's kitchen, what's for dinner? Roast pork belly on a bun, salad with bacon jam vinaigrette, and homemade pretzels topped with bacon salt, for starters. And bacon donut holes and a chocolate-covered bacon bar for dessert, and other riffs on bacon in between.
All this happens on Wednesday, December 19, when the culinary masterminds of the Bacon Bacon food truck and the W San Francisco will huddle together over the stove.
