June 3, 2008 Election

Prop 98 is a contentious issue in tomorrow's election -- with ads not fully disclosing the potential reach of this proposition. 98 threatens to change California's rent-control laws as well as environmental and water protections with respect to zoning and development. Governor Schwarzenegger and Senator Feinstein oppose this proposition. And major California papers are advocating "no" on 98. Read why:
